The Office of the Fairness Commissioner assesses the registration practices of certain regulated professions in Ontario. Its purpose is to make sure these practices are transparent, objective, impartial and fair for anyone applying to practise his/her profession in Ontario.
The Office of the Fairness Commissioner requires that regulatory bodies review their own registration processes, submit reports about them and undergo compliance audits.
